Section 2
Eligibility and Age Restriction

Account Registration and Security

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 558h account. Account information accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure that the information registered on your account is accurate and up to date at all times. Account inactivity: Accounts that have not been logged into for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. 558h reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, or to close the account after providing reasonable notice. Any remaining balance at the time of closure of a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable platform policy at that time.
Section 4
Deposits and Withdrawals
558h supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). No foreign currency conversion is required for players depositing and withdrawing via local payment methods.
Supported payment methods:
- bKash — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals to registered bKash wallet.
- Nagad — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals to registered Nagad wallet.
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking) — Minimum deposit ৳200. Withdrawals to registered Rocket wallet.

- Bank transfer — Minimum deposit ৳500. Supported banks include BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.
Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 558h account instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the MFS network. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business hour to reflect in your account balance. 558h does not charge any deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Once your account is fully verified, withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours are typically fulfilled within a few hours. 558h does not accept responsibility for delays attributable to your payment provider's own processing times.
Payment method matching: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as your 558h account. 558h will not process withdrawals to a payment account belonging to a third party. This requirement is a mandatory anti-fraud and KYC control and applies without exception.
Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for MFS methods and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though 558h reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to unusually large withdrawal requests.
Refused transactions: 558h reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion — including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 558h may freeze the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
Section 5
Bonuses and Promotions
558h offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are not available for immediate withdrawal. All bonus credits — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and referral bonuses — carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement for 558h bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
Wagering contribution rates: Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
- Slots — 100% contribution.

Bonus validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without notice. Wagering requirements must be completed within the same validity period.
Bonus abuse: 558h actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, and using third-party software to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, 558h reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
One bonus at a time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited. Players are advised to check their bonus balance and complete any active wagering requirements before claiming a new offer.
Seasonal and event promotions: 558h runs promotions linked to the Bangladeshi cultural calendar — including Pohela Boishakh, Eid, Victory Day, and major cricket events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. These promotions carry their own specific terms and are published on the promotions page for the duration of the offer period.

Gameplay and Fair Use
558h is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and technically sound gaming environment for all players. The following rules govern how games are operated on the platform and what constitutes acceptable gameplay conduct.
Random Number Generators: All slot games, virtual table games, and other RNG-based products available on 558h use certified random number generation algorithms. Incomplete sessions: In the event of a disconnection during a game session, 558h's server-side records will determine the outcome of any in-progress bet or spin. If a game cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical issue, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. 558h is not responsible for losses arising from client-side connectivity issues including internet dropouts, device failures, or browser crashes.
Currency and language: All game sessions on 558h are conducted with BDT-denominated stakes. The platform interface is presented in English. Minimum and maximum bet limits are set by individual game providers and are displayed within each game before play begins.
Section 7
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 558h platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your 558h account.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or MFS provider in respect of a deposit made to 558h.
- Money laundering: Using the 558h platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money.
- Multiple accounts: Registering more than one 558h account for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
- Bot and automation use: Using automated software, scripts, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.

Accounts flagged for any of the above behaviours will be suspended pending investigation. 558h will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
Closure by the player: You may close your 558h account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending wagering requirements must be reviewed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following standard KYC checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Suspension or closure by 558h: 558h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
- Account inactivity in excess of 12 consecutive months.
- At the request of law enforcement or a regulatory authority.
Forfeiture on breach: Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 558h reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — without any obligation to make payment to the account holder. This applies regardless of the source or amount of the balance at the time of closure.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion period via their account settings or by contacting support. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 558h and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 558h platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses arising from gambling outcomes — the result of any bet, wager, spin, or game session.
- Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity disruptions beyond 558h's reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banks.
- Loss of opportunity, anticipated profit, or business interruption of any kind.
558h makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Amendments to These Terms
